Pros: I've tried using Nero and it fell flat on it's face. Burn4free does a great job plus it's free compared to Nero which is going for aprox. $70.00
Cons: Minor issues such as positioning of some of the radio buttons. Some of the important ones are not intuitively placed and you'll spend a few minutes hunting them down the first time you use the product.

Pros: I found after trying many other clocks that Ghost Clock is the best hands down because of it's intuative nature. I like the togling feature between always on top and not always on top along with the transparency settings.
Cons: More skins would be nice, I'd like a Rolex on my desktop.
