Pros: Nothing.
Cons: It comes bundled with other software and installs behind the scenes whether you want it or not. Then, have fun trying to get rid of the ***** thing. It keeps redirecting you to sites you aren't trying to get to. CNET should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this scam to be posted on their site.

Cons: Any product that installs and runs a background service (NMIndexStoreSvr.exe) that runs my 3.4GHz processor to 100% CPU utilization and grinds everything else to a crawl is, for lack of a better term, a pig. Until I identified the program as the cause of my system performance issues, I thought I had a virus. Having seen how it uses CPU resources, I would actually qualify it as malware.

Pros: I have tried (and bought) many copier-type products over the years, but this is by far the best. Its functionality combined with its ease of use make it a bargain for the price.
