Pros: Many supported formats. Good feature list.
There are better FREE alternatives: CDEX, EAC
And better alternatives: Winamp Pro, Easy CD-DA Extractor.
Better
Cons: Worst ever interface. Crashes a lot. Slow encoding. Messed up my Windows Explorer, I needed to reinstall Windows. Difficulties to get new formats.

Pros: Good for ripping FLAC and converting to MP3 and AAC.
