Pros: Sure there are lots of new things that are great about the new software.
Cons: I don't like how firefox 2.xxx can't return, and how all my extensions don't work, only 13 work of 20 now, mostly. its very annoying.

Pros: best desktop picture randomizer, i wish there was another.
Cons: The latest version crashes both XP home and win 2k Pro when going to my computer tab on its interface. And there is no customer support for the free version. there is also no getting previous versions on the own website.

Pros: the best firewall out there.
Cons: It only uses its own anti virus, but thats okay with me.

Pros: I sure they fixed the problem, but i don't care At this point.
Cons: After the cable modem problem, i haven't found a reason to reinstall it.
