So good I went pro!!

Pros: All-in-one chat client. Very small & light. Also checks e-mails. I can just keep it on and know when i get email or when a friend logs on. I'm not big on chat, but if I were, this would be my only choice.

Cons: I wish it had more skin choices for the newest version. I guess I'll have to make my own.

Great firewall, but watch out for version 3

Pros: Once you get this program properly configured, it is the best free firewall program on the market. My ports were completely stealthed, survived a DDOS attack, and even passed several different leak tests. The GUI is a little on the cheesy side, but efficient . Setting this up was a learning experience, not for a complete newbie....then four nights ago (see cons).

Cons: No updates have been available on this program for the 3 months that I have been using it...then, on the night before Thanksgiving (2007) an update finally arrived!!! An upgrade to version 3!! That's when it all went downhill. Version 3 is a beta at best and it's Defense + add-on (comes with it) should be considered an alpha.

When the "upgrade" began it wiped all instances of version 2.4 including the configuration files! The "upgrade" had to be taught all over again, except it hasn't learned anything!! I have repeatedly tried contacting Comodo about this and no response. The silly program does not even recognize it's own cousin (BOClean). If you go on their forums you will notice that the v3 section grows by leaps and bounds daily.

Do yourself a favor and either keep version 2.4 or go with another firewall (I chose the latter and love my new choice). Hopefully Comodo will learn from this, but as far as I am concerned...Outpost has a new customer.
