Pros: Tabs.. But those have been around for a long time.

Cons: Don't waste your time. If you have websites that NEED IE compatibility, SKIP THIS DOWNLOAD. I work in I.T. and have seen many webpages that used to work with IE6, not work with IE7. The menu system is very intimidating for a newer user, with no "File, Edit, Tools" along the top and basically everything moved around. I would not recommend this to anyone- seriously. I use it only when i aboslutely need to.
