What are they thinking?

Pros: I don't know. They place a huge ad in front of the program that is there literally half the time, blocking the entire program!

Cons: OK, is it just me, or is this the dumbest thing you've ever seen? You start the program, and 20 seconds later you get a popup that blocks the program's window. The popup has a timer that counts down for 20 seconds, then disappears. BUT! 20 seconds later, it's back. It seems to do this for the entire time the program runs! So you have to try and do something useful within these 20 second spurts.

Stay away! This is the dumbest thing I've seen in the adware arena. The person that thought this up is an idiot! I'm not going to fight the developer to try and use this POS.

NOT Freeware! Not even software! It's a commercial for their hotspot softwer

Cons: This is a demo (simulator) of their hotspot solution. This isn't even really software, it's a downloaded commercial. This shouldn't even be on download.com. A new form of spam?

They Steal

Pros: None. They steal your money

Cons: They hide hidden fees in a noisy page of many offers so you won't see it. You're likely to pay an extra $9.99.

Don't do business with companies that do this kind of stuff or they'll all learn that you just don't care - and it will become the norm. Then one day you're paying an extra $100 for something, and it's your own fault for showing scum like this that you'll live with it.

Stay away!
