Pros: It's easy to use, and the themes you get makes your desktop look amazing, but...
Cons: It messed up my system to such an extent that I had to reinstall XP in order to make my laptop work properly (missing windows protected files, and so on...) Shouldn't Microsoft warn against this kind of software?
Do not download, it's not worth the risk.

Pros: Beautiful and useful... what you expect it to be.
Cons: Nothing so far, not too much memory usage (as it's been said...)
