Pros: Does a good synchronization, good features
Cons: The software doesn't just count the files it synchs. It counts EVERY file, so it quickly surpasses the 20k limit. After nagging several times, it locks up. It locked up after copying just 198 files in 30 days between my laptop and PC. Just 54 files synched in 7 days, then it locked up. If you want freeware, PLEASE avoid this one.
