Pretty slick -very quick at identifying duplicates, including duplicate e-mails.

Pros: Inherent safety preventing you from deleting items - you're in control, and will only be to blame if you make a mistake!!!

I agree with the previous post of 'delete but leave one button' should be the default.

Cons: I bought the Enterprise edition, but will only use it for home use (Everyone here has a laptop) and figure for home use the $80.00 price a bit steep (I can't claim this as a business expense), and the $60.00 yearly renew fee ditto.
