I was expecting a Compiz clone

Pros: It works pretty good, though a little funky

Cons: Well, actualy, very funky. I was expecting something more like Compiz.

Also, the link to download widget opens in IE, that's a big red flag in my book

Free web br6wser AND free anti spyware

Pros: This is a good, fast browser that's very secure. It won't even display phishing pages that IE gives you no warning on. There is even anti spyware included.

Cons: In Fire Fox, you can enter a scerch term into the address bar and it will take you to the most relevent site (if you enter "cnet" in the address bar, it will take you to cnet.com); Netscape will take you to an AOL scerch page by default.

Excelent!

Pros: I used this program a lot at church for recording various things. It works very well and the recordings are very clear. It will even run on crappier computers than it says it will.

Cons: It isn't free :(
