Cons: Size of the program is huge, will freeze and slow a laptop or computer, and takes awhile to load. Remember how fast avg 7.5 is ? This thing you click on for example the interface and it doesn't do anything for like 6 seconds....this thing is CLUNK ware. Avoid this 8.0 avg.......Use 7.5 free avg or avast free instead and the email scanner is automatically disabled after 30 days, link scanner slows down the browser even further then the huge 45 Megabite avg 8.0 program, and anti spyware can't even disable it, at least I couldn't. AVOID AVG 8.0 IT IS A HOG IT SUCKS LIFE OUT OF YOUR PC OR LAPTOP INVESTMENT AND IT WILL FREEZE AND SLOW IT ! ! What was AVG thinking when they designed this new program ? It sounds like bait and switch to me.....they got people loving the old version 7.5, then they stick people with this horrible 8.0 AVOID THIS NEW 8.0 IT IS RUBBUSH. I promise that you will see what I am saying if you download this program.......It is a HOG........and even worse if you compare it to the old avg 7.5.........Keep avg 7.5........DO NOT GET THIS 8.0 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
