Great reliable product at a great price- Free!

Pros: I have used this and recommended to others for years and I, nor anyone I have recommneded it to, ever had a virus or trojan with it installed and properly updated. I scan my computer at least twice weekly and have the updates set to automatic so that it updates almost daily. The updates are small and download and install quickly without any prompts from the user.

Best of all I have never had any of the compatibility issues that I have had with other software especially Norton and McAfee. Both of them interfered with many games and other programs resulting in them being turned off while you ran them. This usually resulted in the PC being unmprotected for some period of time and often this was when a virus would be picked up. AVG runs all the time in the background with no conflicts and simply works...
