Alerts you about bad web sites.

Pros: Do a Google search on anything when the web site opens, you will see a green, yellow, red, and gray circle at the end of the web links. Site advisor warns you about web sites, that can potentially damage your computer. Site advisor has tested millions of web sites, and has four different colors.

1. Green color is for all safe web sites.

2.Yellow color is web sites that after entering your email address, will send you a lot of spam mail. And downloads from a yellow web site will sometimes, change your browser settings.

3. Red color these are the most dangerous web sites, downloads from a red web site will have adware, and spyware included in the download.

4. Gray color is for web sites that have not been tested, so it's best to stay out of the gray web sites. And there are a lot of web sites, that site advisor will block automatically.

Much improved version.

Pros: Glary Utilities has a program uninstaller, registry cleaner that creates a back up prior to cleaning, disk cleaner, shortcut fixer, startup manager, memory optimizer, process manager, context menu manager, internet explorer assistant, windows standard tools, disk analysis, duplicate files finder, empty folders finder, file splitter and file joiner.

And has tracks eraser, file shredder, file encrypter and decrypter, file undelete that scanned my C drive and found 32,464 deleted files. The deleted files show the state as very good, overwritten, medium, and poor. These deleted files can be restored by check marks next to the files and click restore. If you have any problems after using the registry cleaner, click registry cleaner click restore previous repairs, select the back up and click restore.

Good free registry cleaner but aggressive.

Pros: This registry cleaner scans in several sections of the windows registry, finds a lot of registry problems. Then a small popup window appears, and you can click repair to repair all registry problems. But I prefer to close the popup window, so I can view details about the registry problems.

Then I select a section click on the registry key and click open in regedit, to see if there is any data about the registry key before making any repairs to the registry. If there is no data shown about the registry problems, I select the registry problems and click repair. You can also customize the registry sections you want to scan for registry problems, like start menu, obsolete software, add/remove programs, or what ever you want.

Cons: This registry cleaner is aggressive, so after you repair your registry if you have any problems with your computer. Click restore previous repairs, because this registry cleaner creates backups of all registry repairs.
