Very easy to use and does and excellent job! Best I have tried out of many!

Pros: Very intuitive interface... and easy to configure the advanced functions on ripping and converting music files. I usually rip into a lossless format, and then also into VBR 256 for listening via wireless on my stereo, and also a VBR 128 for my notebook when I travel. This program makes it easy to do the various formats, and allows file naming and ID3 tag setups that rock!
