Installed - Crashed On Start Up.

Pros: Nothing at present unable to get it to work.It kept crashing.

Cons: I have been using Firefox for a number of years and it has been a brilliant browser. I have been using v 2.0.0.14. and thought I would upgrade my system -Windows XP Home to the new browser v 3.0. I uninstalled v. 2.0 and installed v. 3.0. Problems.....I wish I hadn't bothered.

As soon as I clicked on the Firefox Icon to start the browser I got message 'Firefox has crashed do you wish to send details to Mozilla' I clicked yes and then clicked restart Firefox again got the same error. No matter what I did I could not get it to start. To cut a long story short I had to completely Uninstall (remove all traces of Firefox v 2.0 and v.3.0 with Revo Uninstaller) and re install v 2.0. which is now working fine but I lost all bookmarks etc.

I will now wait until the bugs have been sorted or it is updated via the auto update on the Firefox Browser.

Very, Very Good Software.

Pros: I am an elderly novice PC user but was able to figure out how to use this software quite quickly. I have been using it for about 2 yrs, I was using the paid commercial software Video ReDo, but find this serves me just as well. It is open source software which is quite regularly updated. If you wish to remove adverts ( which I use it for amongst other things) from anything which you may have captured on TV this will do it quite easily.

It is free and very good software and can recommend that you give it a try.

One of the Best.

Pros: I have been using this for a number of months. Prior to this I used McAfee (paid). I find this just as easy to use, if not easier. Not being a P.C Geek and a bit of a dinosaur, I do not know all the in and outs of leak tests etc but this programme seems to be doing an excellent job in keeping the baddies out. It is free and the people who made the programme are available and answer your queries, which I feel is important. Shortly after installing the firewall switched itself off for no apparent reason but since the recent update I have not had a re-occurence of the problem. I contacted the programme makers and suggested they also incorporated a sound/noise to indicate when the firewall is turned off. They replied and are investigating. As I said at least they get back to you, not like some other software producers.
