Pros: I hate passwords! This program not only securely remembers and recalls my passwords but also my usernames and log in web site addresses. It can store other confidential data. I use the portable version, so I need only carry a USB flash drive.
Cons: Price. It's not free, but it's worth EVERY PENNY.

Pros: Media Monkey does SO MUCH. In fact, it does so much so much better than iTunes, Windows Media Player, WinAmp, and Yahoo (formerly MusicMatch) that there's no reason to use anything else (except a CD ripper)
Cons: No CD ripping utility in the standard version.

Pros: It's so complete, offers 4 modes of uninstall. Can go deep into the file system and registry.
