Pros: I have used this software for 3 years and found it to be very useful and full of features with no adware and no spam and no advertising. The author is very responsive to bugs and suggestions for improvement -- when there are any.
Cons: The author will not pay me to use his program! :)

Pros: Works well!
Plays well with other programs!
Easy to add shortcuts.
Allows me to keep my hands on my keyboard.

Pros: 1) Having all of my Yahoo, ICQ, and AIM buddies all in one place is great. 2) Able to rename my buddies to meaningful names is priceless when you have 50 buddies.
Cons: Windows Live Messenger (a/k/a MSN Messenger and Windows Messenger) works great behind my corporate firewall, but I could find no settings that allowed Trillian to work with that service.
