It is the best I have tried, free or paid.

Pros: First, it is the only free firewall I have tried that didn't make any problem with my shared internet connection. It didn't affect any software I use. Online tests shows it does its job very good, and it was very easy to configure too. VPN, remote administrator, p2p, apache, everything works fine (and safe).

So, I wont return to my old firewall (a famous paid one), this one is easier to use, it is more safe, and it is free.

I can export its settings, and import them latter, so you wont have to go through the learning process again, if you need to reinstall windows.

Finally, they have a good forum where you can search for answers, if the help file is not enough. I am really happy with this firewall.

Cons: At the beginning, it requires some patience, not because there are problems to solve, but because Defense+ feature asks too much, there is a lot of alerts, sometimes you can't even answer and you get the next one. BUT, you can disable Defense+ while you deal with the firewall, and then deal with Defense+. Anyway, after a while things improve a lot, and the built it send for analisys feature probably will help to make things better.

It is not so easy to check (or remember) what rules you have created, that could be more intuitive, and the logs more detailed.
