Before downloading one of those gigantic icon collections, consider that one probably exists on your computer already--and it's one click away if you have Icon Catcher. Icon Catcher finds all icons hiding in thousands of files on your computer. Extended filtering options allow users to select icons by color resolution, size, or by any combination of these parameters to make searching easy and fast. The program supports all possible icon formats, including 32-bit XP-style icons with alpha channel, and can process images with various dimensions from 16-by-16 to 96-by-96. Images can be exported to various formats including PNG with true alpha-transparency. It's easy to manage large icon collections with this tool. The program is intuitive and requires no special knowledge.

Version 4.1.23 is a bug fixing release.
