Why isn't my download starting?
As a security precaution, your browser may disable automatic downloads. The following tips should help.
1) Check to see if your download is blocked
Sometimes a security bar will appear at the top of your browser window informing you a download has been blocked. To continue the download you need to right-click the security bar and select "Allow this download". Then click your browser's back button to go back to the product page and try downloading the product again.
2) Add download.com to your trusted site list
If you do not see a security bar, adding "download.com" (with no www) to your trusted site list may fix the problem.
Internet Explorer settings:
- Go to > Tools > Internet options > Security tab > and select the "Trusted sites" section.
- Now click the "Sites" button.
- Type in "download.com" with no "quotes" and no "www".
- Uncheck the checkbox at the bottom that says, "require server verification..."
- Click Close > click OK.
- Click your browser´s back button and try downloading the product again.
Firefox settings:
- Go to
> Tools > Options > Security tab
- Now click the "Exceptions" button.
- Type in "download.com" with no "quotes" and no "www".
- Click Allow > click Close > click OK.
- Click your browser´s back button and try downloading the product again.
