Publisher's description of Dink Smallwood
This is a Zeldastyle RPG with 3D isometric graphics. You control the aspiring young pig farmer, Dink. Watch him go from dud to stud in this humor-filled game from the twisted mind of Seth Robinson. You can also download hundreds of DMOD's (Dink Modules) created by the Dink community that add to the story, or create new ones.
This download also comes with DinkEdit and a powerful scripting system to make your own adventures.
Note: To use the editor in Windows XP, you need to download the version 1.07 patch which can be found at the developer's site. It contains some violence and content that may not be suitable for younger children.

Version: Dink Smallwood 1.06
Pros: Nice graphics and sounds. This truely like a legend of zelda game. You can explore the place, get magic, and rasise up stats. Works on old computer too. Altough the game is pretty graphic. A lot of violence!

"A good adventure/rpg with a GREAT editor"
Pros: The game is like a BIG tutorial to RPGs, so it's the best thing you can find if you're a novice. Ovewher, the game is fun even if you're a advanced rpg gamer. Graphics are 2d and good, sound is annoying and mostly repetitive, especially in towns. Gameplay is the classic RPG stuff: explore, do quests, combat, talk and explore. NPCs have personalities, unlike many RPGs, and dialogues are also fun and aren't linear, so it's most similar to an adventure in this way. Combat is real-time and pretty fun. Quests are varied and there are also some side-quests to accomplish.
The best part of the game, silly, is not the game itself. It's the editor. With this program, you can build D-Mods and you can find MANY D-mods around the net and some are even better than the original game! Some are larger, better, funnier, has ton of side-quests and even mini-games!
Cons: The game is a bit too easy for advanced rpg gamers; there's a lack of sidequests in the original game (but not in the mods so download them ;) ); some dialogues are uselessly TEDIOUS.

Version: Dink Smallwood 1.06
Pros: I recommend it. This was a fairly good game all around, with decent graphics and story line, and funny conversations. I don't play many games like this one, but I was impressed. It's definitely a good game for being free. After I beat the game, I was left very interested in a sequel or more games from the same developer.
Cons: There are some parts in the game that could have been expanded to make the game play more interesting. I guess that's pretty good if the only bad thing I can say about the game is that there's not enough of it.
