Publisher's description of DiskView

From Vyooh:

DiskView is an innovative disk-space manager that shows how disk space is being utilized, and gives a visual report of your hard disk's health--all within Windows Explorer. It helps find big files and folders at a glance and allows you to visually organize and manage your disk space using its graphically rich pie and bar charts. DiskView uses your hard disk's S.M.A.R.T (Self Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology) capabilities to predict sudden hard-disk failures before the loss of any data. DiskView has obtained Microsoft's Verified for Windows XP certification, and comes from a Microsoft Certified Partner

Version 3.6 includes several enhancements to the disk analysis engine and improvements to the user interface coupled with other bug-fixes.

Editor's review of DiskView

4 star editors rating What happened to all my free space? This utility lets you quickly find where your precious disk space has gone and helps you decide which junk files to delete. DiskView conveniently installs right in Explorer. The graphs look great and are easy to comprehend. You can navigate folders by clicking directly on their corresponding graph sectors. To keep from producing cluttered graphs, you can have the program visualize only files larger than the limit you set. In most cases, the utility doesn't hinder your computer's performance. Users looking to maximize their disk space, especially on their work machines, would benefit from DiskView.
