Memeo AutoBackup is a simple backup solution for a complex digital world. In only 60 seconds you can set it up and begin protecting your most important files. SmartPicks automatically finds common items, such as photos, no matter where they are located on your computer and adds them to your backup plan. Memeo doesn't require any additional hardware, you can use the storage devices that you already own. Backup to external hard drives, another computer on your network, Memeo iDisk Online Storage, USB storage devices, or your iPod simultaneously. No scheduling is required, all backups happen instantly and automatically. And once a plan is in place, you don't need to do anything else. Memeo's LifeAgent Technology works as an assistant for your life. Even if your storage device isn't connected, LifeAgent will keep track of new or changed files and back them up when your storage device is reconnected.

Version 3.50.3429 adds shadow service for Outlook which allows a user to backup Microsoft Outlook while the file is still open.
