  Very easy to use!

  Pros: I have to admit, I was really not looking forward to learning this software when my IT manager purchased it last year. I knew that our old method of typing every form on paper was too time consuming, but it seemed like a bigger hassle to learn how to import stuff and upload a file to the Service Bureau. I almost threw a tantrum in the middle of my office. But I was forced to eat my words once I actually started using the software, because it was so easy. I used their Excel data shell and imported everything, and when I was ready to upload to the Service Bureau, I called their tech support line, and they walked me through the whole thing. I was very impressed, and now I?m relieved that I get to use it again this year.
