The name 1-More Scanner says it all. While this extremely modest Web spider can scan for any kind of file, it offers no multithreading, advanced filtering, or sorting. Also, some dialog boxes were not translated from German. On the other hand, the scanning function works quite well, allowing you to set target URLs, specify search depth and minimum picture size, and exclude images you've already downloaded. You can manually block links or stop retrieval of unwanted images. We might have even recommended 1-More Scanner to minimalist downloaders--if only it had a more minimalist price.
