Don't bother-product can't be purchased

Pros: It is a great software product, neat and tidy and very intuitive. But......

Cons: The software cannot be purchased. I went to the Juice-Ware site to buy the software and out of all their products, this one gives you an error when accessing it's site. It appears that the site was removed, even though the company still lists it as available. You can't contact their Tech Support as that page gives an error too. Too bad!

Buyer Beware

Pros: If you are willing to use this product with the outgoing MS Java VM this is an ok product.

Cons: Shortly after purchasing this product all support for it disappeared. Juiceware's download and sales links are still active, however they have removed all support options including their help desk(which only returns errors). This product will not work with Sun Java (or any third party Java except MS which is on the way out). Several attempts to cantact the company have failed. I do not recommend downloading any Juiceware products as they will take your money and run.

DOES NOT WORK and tech support is non_existant

Pros: the menus would be great if the software code the program produced actually showed up on my page but it doesn't. i wasted a day creating a menu that tested fine in their program but simply didn't appear in dreamweaver

Cons: It produces non-working code. The buttons you make do not show up on your web page.

The company website pretends to have tech support, but when you go through the trouble of submitting it, you just get an error message. This company does nothing but accept payment and send out flawed software.

Pros: More features,ease of use and flexibility than any of the 5 most popular button and menu maker software that I have tried in the past 2 weeks. It is very thoughtfuly designed and you can absolutely tell that the software designers put their all in making it possible to design complex menus or simple ones with amazing speed and ease.

One of the best software I have used accross all categories.

Cons: I have not found a con yet

Priority support is non-existant and what support there is reeally sucks

Pros: Probably a good product, if you can get the correct version after you make the purchase

Cons: What I dislike is purchasing on the 7th of the month and immediately creating a support ticket and their perl help desk is not functioning correctly and here it is the 16 of the month and still no response from their support desk or sales department. the sofware tells me I need to upgrade to the latest version but when I click the upgrade button it downloads the same old version none of which match the various version numbers listed on their out of date site or the numbers that the sofware says are to be the correct version. Extremely poor customer service. These folks are a genuine canadiate for "theseguysreallysuck.com"
