Publisher's description of Macromedia Flash Player SDK

The Flash Player 7 Source Code SDK makes it easy for consumer electronics manufacturers and device platform providers to port the Flash Player to next-generation devices and platforms. Flash Player SDK has already been used to bring Flash technology to televisions, set-top boxes, digital cameras, car navigation systems, and personal media players.

With the Flash Player SDK, OEMs can provide a range of applications and content services such as video-on-demand, VoIP, downloadable games, video conferencing, Web browsing, interactive mapping, and email that all take advantage of Flash technology. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
