Zamzar will help you transform your songs, videos, images and documents into different formats. Zamzar supports conversion between a wide variety of different file formats. Document formats include: csv, doc, docx, odp, ods, odt, pdf, ppt, pptx, ps, pub, rtf, wpd, wps, xls, xlsx. Image formats include: bmp, gif, jpg, pcx, png, tga, tiff, wbmp. Music formats include: aac, ac3, flac, m4a, mp3, ra, ram, wav, wma. Video formats include: 3g2, 3gp, avi, flv, gvi, m4v, mov, mp4, mpg, rm, rmvb, vob, wmv.

Zamzar also supports conversion of various compressed formats. You can also use Zamzar to download and convert videos from popular video-sharing Web sites. Simply enter the link to your file into the "URL box" in "Step 1" on our URL conversion page, or use the Zamzar web browser button to make converting even easier.

  Amazing tool - convert anything online and for free

  Pros: Huge number of different file formats supported, easy to use process to convert, has saved my bacon time and again. Great tool.

  Where Vixy fails this triumphs

  Pros: It converts youtube vids perfectly, it's free and easy to use. Simply follow the prompts and it sends a link to your email, click on the link and download the converted file - easy!

  Cons: Uses like 45MB per video clip conversion. Have to wait like half an hour to download converted video from your email for free version but only takes about 5 min with paid version.

  Suspicious process

  Cons: Takes you to a link that let's upload the file you want transferred-- BUT, it asks for your e-mail address, and when you read the terms and conditions, it says you are agreeing to have your PayPal account charged the monthly fees. Nowhere does it say what the fees are. How exactly is this freeware?
